Situated in what might be one of Australia’s oldest butcher shops, Brett and wife Lee offer an extensive range of local meat and succulent gourmet sausage varieties that rival any big city store. Traditional woodwork and relics collected over the years are displayed around the shop and make the environment feel warm and inviting. This is one of our favourite country butchers and definitely worth a visit especially if you appreciate a butcher that has genuine, old-fashioned pride in what they produce.
